Meet your maker
I’m Tyler Reiswig. I’m a racer by nature, a wrench by trade, & a machinist + fabricator by necessity.I’ve spent my life making parts from scratch that are lighter and perform better than what can be found. I’m constantly redesigning and refining my processes, researching new manufacturing technologies, always in pursuit of that extra competitive edge.
geo-shift 2024
The Geo-Shift. This one might take a couple looks, and some time to ponder to see what is going on here. In short, this is a titanium 29er with an adjustable seat tube angle. It is hydraulically actuated via a highly modified dropper post located in the top tube. In it’s most slack position the STA sits at 74°, great for pedaling hard on the flats and curvy single track. The steepest position is 84°, this is when the climbing gets steep and you want to hammer while retaining your weight balance over the pedals. Lot’s more to this story…
Ti Randonneur 2023
Say hello to my Titanium Randonneur prototype. This one is absolutely peppered with wild custom bits and oxymoronic tech. The tubing selection is rather radical as well, with oversized chainstays, yet an impossibly small diameter and heavily ovalized 1” integrated seat mast. It is using the latest AXS UDH Transmission paired with a custom wiring harness that integrates the shifters buttons into the hoods of vintage SS levers. It’s hard not to note the vintage 165mm PAUL Comp crankset, paired with a custom designed chainring adapter to allow the use of the new ultra narrow Transmission chain/chainring.
